Childhood immunisations

All children are seen by the doctor prior to the commencement of their immunisation program. They will then be booked in with the practice nurse for all their immunisations. We strongly recommend that you have your child immunised against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, HIB and meningitis, measles, mumps and rubella.

If you are uncertain or have questions with regard to any of the above injections, please speak to the nurse and/or a doctor who will be happy to advise you. For further information on when your child should have the relevant vaccinations, please ask for a childhood immunisation leaflet from the nurse or from reception.
